  The whole team at Hutchinson's are a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have been dealing with them in regards to managing a rental property for us and we find them totally professional and always happy to help. The personal touch is something that you don't get with other companies. Highly recommended.

  Went there to ask for any house to rent as we passed by. Ignorant lady told us to make online enquiry so Ive ask her if its a problem to tell us now whats available in person..answer was she wont talk to us now. What a sample of stupidity! Why wudnt u spend 5mins with client in person? We are good tenants with positive work and landlord references but she just doesnt give a F. Thats shows they care about landlords/all positive feedback here/ only and tenants are zero's for them. So we went to other agents where we found nice house and they good reliable tenants.
  Well done Hutchinsons.. not even one star rating for u.
  
  After ur reaction: Please stop tryin look like u acted ok and I am liar. Ive asked you nicely if u can talk to us as we are there and you said NO with ignorant face dear lady! With such a altitude u must be best property agent around.
  And dear lady, good few other ppl told us to not go to ur agency due to similar experience and as I see, they were right no matter how hard u try to excuse urself in your reaction. So as other estate agents "loves" you lol.
  PS you are right, not all positive reviews was wrote by landlords.. only 95% ...my bad

  Hutchinson's have managed our property for us in Waterford City for a long number of years now. During that time I have found them to be totally efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with. We have never had a bad tenant and any issues in relation to the property were dealt with in a purely professional manner. Their knowledge of the local market and their management skills are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property manager.
